Here is a picture of me on the balcony of the apartment where I stayed in Santiago. It was a little foggy on Sunday but nothing like Saturday, when it rained the whole day. You can kind of see la cordillera behind the buildings. Santiago is a nice city. I went to the home of EL POETA Pablo Neruda. I felt very poetic.
Now I'm back in Concepcion taking a week long seminar class with a professor visiting from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid on pragmatics of Spanish linguistics. It's more interesting than maybe the title suggests. Next week my normal class schedule starts.
